You can participate in the W. A. Production affiliate program if you are at least 18 years old and have full legal capacity.

The website operator is obliged to create original content that offers added value to W. A. Production and website visitors.

Participation in the partner program is only possible after successful registration for the W. A. Production affiliate program.

W. A. Production has the right to reject applications for the affiliate program without any reason.

Only revenues generated through the W. A. Production product sales to customers, on the first purchase, directly acquired through a link on your website will be used to calculate the commision. Commission will only be paid after the sale, delivery and payment of the goods have been completed. Returns, sales tax (VAT) and vouchers excluded. We reserve the right to reclaim the paid commission in the event of full or partial return of goods.

Forwarding to W. A. Production landing pages is only permitted if a registered affiliate landing page visible to the user is connected. Automated and misleading redirects to W. A. Production landing pages are not permitted.

In the context of search engine marketing (Eg. Big ads, Google Adwords, Google Shopping etc.), it is prohibited to conduct brand bidding. The brand name W. A. Production (also misspelled) must be deposited as excluding keywords and may not trigger ad placements at any time.

Only vouchers made available through CJ may be used as promotional material.

Excluded are websites that contain depictions of violence, sexually explicit content, discriminatory statements or representations regarding race, sex, religion, nationality or disability.

An existing contract for the affiliate program can be terminated without giving reasons within one working day.

In the event of a breach of the conditions stated here, the partnership can be terminated immediately.
